Virtual law firms ameliorate the excessive overhead costs of office space and staffing. We cut out costs that allow our attorneys to charge clients less and retain more of their earnings. No time is lost commuting or working to cover bloated overhead expenses. By utilizing modern technology, Vanst competes with traditional models that are less efficient and more expensive. Yes, you can have a truly flexible schedule that meets your needs and the demands of your clients. Vanst Law knows you’re a professional and so you are treated like one. We encourage and support attorneys to work from any location that you or your client desires when it is convenient.

3. HOW ARE ATTORNEYS PAID?
Vanst attorneys are paid very well. Because we cut out huge overhead costs for staff and office space, our attorneys take home substantially more. For clients you originate and work on, you will take home 70% or more of what you collect. Most traditional law firms pay their attorneys between 30-50% of what the attorney collects on their own work. And bonuses and other compensation is determined subjectively. Our formula-based compensation model is easy to understand, transparent, and the same for everyone. There are no side-deals or subjective favoritism. It’s an objective system that rewards our attorneys’ entrepreneurial abilities. And pays them what they are worth.

You make money based on your own work, work originated by others, bringing in new clients for other attorneys, and recruiting others to join Vanst. It’s so easy to make money that you will wonder if Vanst is too good to be true. It isn’t.

4. ARE THERE BILLING REQUIREMENTS?
At Vanst Law, there are no billing requirements. The attorney is free to work as much or as little as they desire based on our transparent formula based compensation model. Our attorneys can tailor their work to make the money they want for their lifestyle. Want to go live in Spain for a few months and work from there? Great! Want to go travel the world and not work for a few months? Great! Your destiny is in your hands because you control how much money you make; not a compensation committee in some faraway boardroom. By removing the traditional law firm inefficiencies, our attorneys can earn more while billing less hours.
