Vanst Law Adds Andrea Contreras Rosati as a Partner in the Land Use and Real Estate Practice Group

San Diego, CA — Vanst Law, LLP adds Andrea Contreras Rosati as an additional partner since opening its virtual doors in Sept. 2018. Rosati joins Vanst with more than two decades of experience in land use and real estate law.

Most recently, Rosati served as Vice President and In-House Counsel for Sunroad Enterprises where she advised and counseled executive team members on real estate and land use matters, pursuing development project entitlements from local agencies in addition to acquisition and disposition of property. Rosati also reviewed and prepared all manner of company-related legal documents, including contracts, leases, loan documents, non-disclosure agreements and exclusive negotiating agreements.

Before her tenure at Sunroad Enterprises, Rosati served as Deputy City Attorney in land use for the City of San Diego for seven years. She was a real estate litigation associate for Solomon, Grindle, Silverman & Wintringer, and an associate land use and real estate attorney for Black Helterline LLP in Portland, Oregon.

Rosati believes bringing her unique background to Vanst will allow her to provide exceptional legal and consulting services in the areas of land use, real estate transactions and CEQA litigation.

“I am looking forward to joining the amazing team at Vanst,” said Rosati. “The Vanst culture allows its attorneys to thrive and I know as a result, I will be able to serve my clients in the best possible way.” Cynthia Morgan-Reed, a San Diego land use attorney, launched Vanst to provide a firm where attorneys work in a culture that empowers them to do what they do best: practice exceptional law.

“We are thrilled to add Andrea to the Vanst team,” said Morgan-Reed. “Andrea’s depth and breadth of knowledge in land use and real estate will greatly expand the existing legal services we provide in these areas. Andrea’s experience working for a government agency, as well as a developer, allows her to understand and resolve the issues using a multi-perspective approach.”

Rosati earned a law degree from American University Washington College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in public policy from Stanford University.

Vanst currently has attorneys in San Diego and Orange County practicing law in the areas of business and corporate, land use, lobbying, real estate, tax law, litigation, healthcare and life sciences. This modern law firm is seeking highly qualified California attorneys and paralegals in the following areas: business and corporate, intellectual property, litigation and dispute resolution, trust and estates, land use, and real estate. Vanst plans to expand its offerings and its transformative approach to law practice throughout California and across the United States.
